Delivery times in metropolitan France
Our products for women are made in Europe, Latvia.
We deliver your orders within 5 to 10 working days. Add to this the preparation time of the order, between 2 and 5 days depending on the activity. We know you are in a hurry to receive your package, which is why we do our very best to deliver your order as soon as possible.
Regarding the delivery of men's swim shorts, you will receive your package within 7 to 10 days including the preparation time of the order and the delivery (delivered via DHL)
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a tracking number and the estimated delivery time by email. Take care to put all the requested information correctly: postal address, email address and your telephone number for receiving the package.
We work with carriers DHL, Fedex and USPS International.

Return policy
We want to be as transparent as possible at Milabaya: for reasons of hygiene, we cannot offer an exchange or refund for swimsuits, unless the item has a visible defect, and we do not accept returns.
This is why we strongly advise you to refer to our size guide before ordering. Indeed, we cannot guarantee you a refund if the chosen size does not suit you. However, your satisfaction is our priority: do not hesitate to contact us at the email address contact@milabaya.com, we will be happy to help you and find a solution together.
If you have filled in the wrong postal address for receiving your package, contact us as soon as possible at contact@milabaya.com to let us know. If the order is already being prepared, then it will no longer be possible to change the address. The package will return to the sender and the delivery costs for a new shipment will remain the responsibility of the customer.
However, if the purchased product reaches you defective, ie damaged or with a production defect, if there was an error on the size initially ordered from us, it will be fully refunded. Shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer. It's very simple, you just have to send us some photos of your product with the order number received by email, as well as your refund request to the following email address: contact@milabaya.com, within fourteen days from the date of receipt of the order. We do not require returns. Once your request has been received and reviewed by us, and if approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three weeks.
